Making leadership the advantage
IT Advantage is the management practice of Nathan Van Overloop, based in Wilrijk near Antwerp. The name comes from a simple belief: technology is the foundation, but it is leadership that turns a company into a real competitive advantage.
A good leader is limited by where their organisation can grow — and an organisation is limited by the quality of its management. So the work here is focused: helping founders and leaders make clearer strategic decisions, set priorities that hold, and build management routines that scale with the team instead of breaking under it.
It is deliberately hands-on and personal. No large team, no generic framework, no 60-page deck nobody reads. Short, direct advice applied to your real situations — with honest trade-offs, including the answer "do nothing" when that is what the data says.
